These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cypher (the “Platform”). By accessing or using Cypher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Cypher only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt any part of the Platform or its systems

  • Interfere with the Platform’s performance, integrity, or security

  • Use Cypher to process or automate unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Cypher

2. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on Cypher, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on the Platform — including but not limited to software, AI models, workflows, interfaces, copy, visuals, and branding — are the property of Cypher or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or reuse any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Cypher.

4. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Cypher reliable and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Cypher reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

Cypher may generate automated outputs, recommendations, or actions based on your inputs and configurations. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Cypher does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free or suitable for every use case. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them.

6. Third-Party Services

Cypher may integrate with or rely on third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cypher will not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Business interruptions or lost revenue

  • Data loss, workflow interruptions, or automation errors

  • Downtime, technical issues, or system failures

  • Actions taken based on AI-generated outputs

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cypher, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Cypher after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
